  • Are your negative thinking and doubts getting in the way of your success?

  • Do you get frustrated at yourself or distracted by those around you (teammates, parents, coaches)?

  • Are you tired of feeling too nervous before those big competitions?

You devote hundreds of hours training physically to excel in your sport. It takes hard work and dedication to become a champion.

When the pressure is on and the competition begins, are you mentally tough enough?

Do you feel confident, or do you stress out under pressure?

When it’s your turn at the next competition or big game, you don’t want to leave this all important aspect of your performance to chance!

This 7 week live program (recordings available) is designed to help you understand what athletes do mentally that prevent them from achieving peak performance and learn what to do to turn it around.

At the same time, you’ll begin to understand your body and how it communicates to you, in order to maximize your body’s potential and truly execute like a champion when it counts.

As you work with the practices and new information, you’ll develop deeper awareness about your mindset and your body. You’ll learn how to integrate these exercises and tools into your training so you can move through self doubt, fear and blocks with more ease and embody your most confident and consistent Champion Self.

The Why Behind Our Work

As Peak Performance Coaches, we've worked with thousands of athletes—from youth competitors to elite performers—and one thing is clear: athletes aren’t being taught the foundational tools they need to succeed mentally and physiologically. There’s basic information missing about how the brain and body work together under pressure, and how that impacts performance. The good news? These are trainable skills—just like learning any physical skill in your sport. You can train your brain to handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and stay focused when it matters most. You can learn how your body is wired to calm down when you're anxious and rev up when you need a boost. This program is designed to help you build confidence, consistency, and the mental edge needed to compete at your best—day in and day out. We created this Summer Program because every athlete deserves access to these powerful, practical tools. When you understand your own physiology and mindset, you can take control of your performance and elevate your game. Let this summer be the foundation for your next-level success. Learn more about your Coaches, Dr. Alan Goldberg and Sara Vatore below.
